Monogrammed or Personalized
Products that have been monogrammed, embossed or otherwise personalized are not eligible for return.
Returning A Gift
You may return a gift within in 30 days of purchase so long as the product meets our return eligibility requirements. The item must be in new condition with all tags still attached and unworn. Upon acceptance, full refund will be returned to you in the form of a gift certificate, Please allow up to five business days for processing once the return has been received.
Special Conditions
To help protect our customers and make sure every return or exchange is dealt with fairly, We reserve the right to not refund the following:

Items with a missing label or an item that has been defaced

Items that have been soiled or contaminated,

Items lost or damaged due to fire, flood or natural disaster

Items that were not purchased directly from Will Leather Goods (For example, items purchased at thrift stores, third-party retailers, or garage sales)
Imperfectly Purposed Leather is not responsible for any missing packages or COD. We have the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% if the product is not returned in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of packages received without a Return Authorization.

Products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange
Returns & Refunds
We pride ourselves on making products from the highest quality materials with attention to detail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unworn, in original condition, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Shipping fees are not refundable.
